Management Is Not Very Friendly to me!! They Will Not Say Hi or Smile. Ride Around in Gulf Carts Like There looking For Fight! This Place Needs Friendly Customer Service Training For Everyone! The Front Office Needs To Be Fired! Not A Place You Want To Call Home!

We live at this condominium for years and we would like to say that the office employees are very kindly with me and always help us with the maintenance. When we have any problems with appliances they fix it on same day or next. We are grateful. Thank you Ms. Connie and Estie, Mr. Robert and all of maintenance guys. Happy Holidays!

The apartments are big and neighborhood nice. But if work there’s no amenities since pool and gym close and locked with chains at Five. Pool is out of order way too much. Edit: 3 weeks pool closed now, really disappointing and misleading having a pool on display that nobody can use. Edit: apartment sent out an email saying the pool and gym would be kept open from now on and that’s a lie, pool closed on Labor Day let alone most days based on the office schedule meaning or if they just feel like keeping it closed, if the office is closed all amenities are closed. Don’t bother renting here if you want anything to come with the neighborhood other than a roof over your head. Office is full of IT. Read the other reviews this is obviously a trend

The pool is never open. Its Labor Day and I wanted to go swimming with my children after work, pools chained up at 4pm. It’s not even dark out until 8:30! I’ve lived in many rental communities over the years and I’ve never experienced a neighborhood that just locks the pool whenever they feel like it. If you like basic amenities like pool and gym with your $2,000+/month rent, don’t move here. I now have very upset kids who walked with me to the pool only to discover it chained up again for the 100th time.

I lived in this place for a year, there are always problems with the pool, the jacuzzi, the gym and the pool is only used when the office wants it. In other words, it is only used at times that the office can open and close, those who work during the day cannot use anything. And the apartment and the kitchen furniture are old, and they never change, for the rent it's not worth it. The only good thing is the location and the neighbors which are quiet. My car ticket was paid and I was waiting to arrive at the post office and they put a sticker to tow my car, without even asking if everything was in order. They are always unavailable, always having difficulties to solve anything, it is really unanimous that the office service is terrible. The garbage is just strewn about, full of old furniture, the guardhouse is only broken. I moved and it's been a month since I received my deposit. They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Detail: My payments were always made in days.
