FINANCIALLY DECEITFUL … Although Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable and seems to be a great dentist. The stern lady at the front desk originally told me all was to be covered by insurance but I’d have to pay out of pocket and receive refund from the insurance company..which I thought was a little strange being it’s 2021 at the time. Seemed to be the old way of doing things. First Visit, I was told I needed x-rays and was in for a cleaning. Then while about to get my cleaning on the table they told me I needed a small debridement in the back of my front two lower teeth .I said okay under the impression the procedure was fully cover under my dental insurance. At completion of the visit/procedure I paid my upwards to $500.00 out of pocket for my visit in regarding to knowing the procedures would be covered, maybe not fully covered but at least a large % in my eyes. Come to find out only $75 was covered, not all procedures are covered within the first year. I asked for a partial refund because of the miscommunication. They said they would call back, with no call and still waiting on my $75……it has been over about a year now….COOPER DENTISTRY DOES NOT PRODUCE SERVICE TO THE BEST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. FINANCIALLY DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST

Dr. Cooper has been my dentist since he graduated dental school. I know I get the best care possible and love his staff. Friendly and professional. Anyone looking for a new dentist, look no further. He is the best. You will not be disappointed.
