Called to make a renewal payment 8 days ago, gave them my card information over the phone and authorized a 1 time payment. Noticed my payment was never taken. I called and was told payment would be taken today within 25-30 minutes. Meaning they still had my payment information saved without my permission and never told payment when I called!!! That is very unprofessional. I made them aware I was very upset and bothered by that. Lady didn’t even seem to care. All she said was ok.
