There is a reason for all these negative reviews on Google with this doctor office. My appointment was 9:45am and did not get out of their office until 12pm. I did not have a problem waiting if the office was actually busy, but there was only 3 patients in the office and all these nurses in the office were just chatting away on their cell phones talking about what's cool on Instagram. I also can't believe the doctor sent me a bill for calling me for my blood work result. Calling a patient back for blood work result does not count as a doctor visit and that should be a courteous call.

The most incompetent practice I have ever visited. Cancelled 5 appointments in a row. When I was finally able to talk with dr Chris, she handed the phone to a front desk staff and went and spoke with another patient. Deplorable

I receive excellent care every time I visit. Even if I don’t see my PCP. Always professional, always caring. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

Doc Martha is great , staff is nice ,however the schedule of appointments are a shame and they neglect patients maybe is the nurse or someone but they change your appointment to other day without even telling you or ASKING if you AGREE , happen To me 3 times and comes from the office because the call center works great and they confirm appointment but the change cames and they do it sometimes someone does it to leave early or for they own convince.. Is a neglecting to patients and their health and treatments to play “thinking , no body notice “ im not the only one , lots of people complain about it and the manager just try to fix it but they already caused you to go there in vain and you can’t see your doctor … Hopefully they find out how to be serious because they are under investigation. I DO NOTICE and I alredy file an official complaint to get this to stop .. for neglecting my treatment . Is NOT FOR FUN WE GO TO THE DOCTOR OFFCIE TAKE , RESPECT PATIENTS AND THEIR TIME !

My mom had an appt 1 month back... she showed up and they said the doctor had an emergency and they could not see her that day. She was given an appt for today and when she sowed up (with her completed new pt paperwork in hand) she was told that she was not in the system and she would not be seen. Absoultely discouraging. I'm a medical office manager and I would never allow for something like this to happen, even if the person is not in the system I would add them on, and make sure they are seen.
