Dr. Haidet and the team always make you feel like you are the only focus they have when visiting the office, even when you can see that they have customers everywhere! They are just amazing at making you feel great about the experience and always like you are part of a family! Their skill and work product is unmatched! Really the best dental team I've ever had! Broken tooth emergency. Leaving town on Monday and of course it was right in the front. Not only did they get me in but removed the remainder of the tooth and sent my partial to the lab to add a tooth. Lab got me in and partial was sent back the next day. Feel like everyone (office, dr and lab) went out of their way. Was impressed especially for being a new patient. Thanks so much!
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I can't believe I wasted my time with this dentist office. I made new patient appointments for myself and my husband. I ended up having to cancel my appointment because they wouldn't see me as a new patient without X-rays. I'm pregnant and wasn't comfortable having X-rays done. Prior to my husband's appointment, the office called and spoke to me and said they would send over a request for new patient information. They never did. They called my husband the day before and demanded he complete the forms and send the insurance information - while he was DRIVING, which he communicated to them. He went to the office today for his appointment. They did extensive X-rays and examination and then refused to do a cleaning! They claimed they didn't have time. They take our insurance yet quoted him $1,200 in out of pocket costs for a deep clean (it's been a couple years since he has been). They were very pushy and seemed to hide the costs of what they were doing. Even though all he had done was exam and X-rays, he still had to pay $63 AFTER insurance. Oh, and they actually asked him if he'd like to swallow after poking around in his gums and making him bleed, rather than offering suction. He had to ask. Save yourself the time and find a different dental office that actual cares about patients and doesn't operate like a flashy used car salesman.
I was very pleased with my initial visit to the practice. My husband and I waited 1 1/2 yrs and changed insurances to be with Complete Dentistry. Everyone was welcoming and caring, generating warm fuzzies!!! ... and very professional!!! I will certainly be recommending this dental office.
While the office is extremely professional, the office staff is warm and welcoming. My appointment was timely and the medical staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me from procedures to billing. Dr. Dinh was lovely, personable and she is up on all of the latest technology and techniques. As far as going to the dentist goes, this was as good as it gets.
