Dr Deep is not only a fantastic doctor but perhaps more importantly a caring human being. He takes the time to listen to you and answer any concerns or questions. I can’t thank him enough for helping improve my pain with every visit! Dr Deep’s staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help. I value his opinions and highly recommend him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I was very unhappy with my first pain management doctor until I found Dr. Deep. Dr. Deep is absolutely amazing person and a fantastic doctor. I highly recommend him if you are dealing with any kind of pain. Not only does he help with pain management but he is extremely positive, insightful and shows he genuinely cares about his patients mental/physical well being. Please trust me, I’m not one to usually write reviews but this doc truly deserves a five star recommendation!

Community Medical Wellness Center in Port Jefferson is one of the best Pain Management and Physical therapy offices I been too. Their staff is amazing and super friendly, their facility is clean and super efficient, and the office is extremely professional. Dr. Deep is an amazing Physician who’s really good at what he does and has an amazing personality. He sat me down and explain everything to me in detail, and the treatment had and amazing significant relief on my back pain. I definitely recommend for anyone to come here; definitely a 5-star Medical Center!

Dr. Deep is amazing, and the staff here is equally as great. The wait times were nonexistent, and I was almost always being treated as soon as I walked in. Very convenient! Dr. Deep is incredibly friendly, and his treatments have been incredibly helpful for my lower back and my shoulder. Highly recommended!
