I've dealt with the ladies at Commonwealth many times. They truly care about their customers and are always available to answer questions. I never have to worry about a transaction when dealing with them!

Well they certainly don't answer the phone. I'm guessing they don't check their messages either since they haven't gotten back to me. Since house closings tend to be time- sensitive this unprofessional behavior is less than ideal. But alas I didn't get to choose who to work with but if you do, take that into consideration.

I mean...I'm not sure how it works but I've been calling since October of 2022 to deal with a very large issue concerning my house to never get a call back. I stopped in the office since nobody cared to call me back and was told that they would get back to me the next day since it was the end of the day and there wasn't much he could do in the moment. That was almost a month ago and *shocker* I haven't heard anything back. It's just unprofessional, rude, and extremely inconsiderate to operate in this way. If you can't help me, just say that and guide to where I should go.

Thanks to Greg and his staff, the title work was the easiest part of the home buying process! They were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient... not to mention patient... as I was a first time homebuyer and had lots of questions!

I’ve read some very negative reviews and I’ve had some, shall we say “less than ideal” experiences with Commonwealth Suburban, BUT…this closing was exceptional and should be the standard moving forward. My belief is that it’s all about the team handling the transaction. Emily Wilson is phenomenal! If you believe that communication is vital in these types of transactions, you will LOVE Emily. One never wonders about the status of your closing with her at the controls. Outstanding experience this time and as a result, Commonwealth Suburban is my new “go to” agency.

I called needing help with documents. The receptionist was so friendly. She took the time to listen, find out what I needed, and consult with her co-workers. After trying five others this was the first place that was willing to listen and help. Thank you Greg!!! I appreciate your help and going above and beyond to get me what was needed. You and your receptionist were refreshing, especially after so many " We can't help". I would highly recommend.

For my first time buying a home, I somewhat expected the process to be informative and helpful but that is far from the truth. I was told everything was fine the entire time until it wasnt, several times over and over again. I was really frustrated and had to take off several hours of work to complete the most ridiculous of requests. BUT once I got on the phone with Marilyn, everything started to fall into place. She was very empathetic and helped my crazy self through the remaining of the process to the closure of the sale. I probably called her 40 times to make sure everything was correct and on track, every time she was able to help! Not just Marilyn, but her whole team was very helpful. Geri and Nicole were great! I appreciated the clear cut details provided on the phone, as it felt like pulling teeth trying to get specifics from the lender. Would definitely use Marilyn and her team again.
