Today was my 1st visit and I’ll say, from the receptionist to the Dental assistant then to the Dr. that my experience was amazing. Friendly staff, timely, peaceful environment, and I was very comfortable. I didn’t experience a long wait time. I checked in, less than 1 minute after, I was called to the back to be serviced. I personally had a great experience with Comfort Family Dental! A friend of mine referred me to them, from the cleaning to the dental care needed to fix a few things, they were amazing. From scheduling, being extremely prompt, and minimal pain from the procedures I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend this office for anything needed!
My first time as a patient at this practice. Dr Ami and the entire staff are amazing. The front desk receptionist said hello and made me feel welcome. The hygienist was personable and kind. She didn't make me feel nervous and always let me know what she was going to do and how I might feel. I honestly forgot I was at the dentist, I felt like I was chatting with a friend. Dr Ami was super kind and didn't make me feel bad about my dental hygiene or my smile. He got right to the point and made sure I knew what was going on. He advised a course of treatment but I didnt feel forced to go along with it like I have with other dentists. (Of course I'll be following the recommended treatment plan.) I've only met the staff once and I know they truly care about me and my dental health. 11/10 experience. I know it's just the dentist but I can't wait to come back.

On top of that, she was funny and introduced me to new tips for my dental care. I really appreciated how she explained everything without making me feel bad about any issues. Dr Rick and his AMAZING staff are the Best!! They are always so happy and positive! They are amazing at what they do and how they do it!! We live in Florida and come to see Dr Rick and his staff every 6 months for all of our dental needs! Our family has been using Comfort Family Dentist for almost 30 years now!! These wonderful people are not only our dentist and hygienists, but we call them our Friends also! Don’t pass this family up! You will be extremely satisified! Thank you!!
