The folks down at Colorado Custom bring some incredible work to my business! Mike gave me some great ideas for what apparel to use, and had them ready for me in really good time. I'll definitely be using Colorado Custom for my merch in the future!
Shasta was my go to when I got my shirts embroidered. I bought my own shirts and dropped them off to be embroidered. 2-3 weeks is what she said and that is how long it took to get the job done. We mostly communicated through email, she responded in a timely manner. I received an email once the shirts were done. My logo on my shirts look amazing!! Thanks for the help and when I need my logo embroidered on something else I will be back. Take care!
I’ve been waiting a while to make this review in hopes that someone at this company would make the situation right but it just doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. I did not have a very good experience with these people. They are not very good at following up or responding to communication. I emailed back and forth with the manager and designer for 3 weeks before I needed my products with a very clear pick up date from day one. They assured me several times that everything would be done on time. Pick up day came and I was told they did not have the ink and I would not get my products in time for my event. The manager told me she would stay late to get me something.. what I received was a botched version of what I asked for. The manager told me she would make things right and give me the correct products I asked/paid for when they were able to get the ink in. 2 weeks went by and I had not heard from anyone. I called up there and was told my product was finished. When I got there I got one good product and the other one was messed up… STILL. I only took the one that was correct and was told they would let me know when the other one was finished. Here we are months later without any communication from them. I am very unsatisfied and frankly want a refund for my products being less than what they promised and also due to their lack of communication. I would have given this company a lot of my business but honestly I would make my own stuff before ever asking them for anything again. Beware using this company.
My partner and I own Firebird Chicken Sandwiches, we came to these guys with our vision and they nailed it! Very great people to work with and the quality is fantastic! We worked with Nikki and she made things very easy and fun, we will be me doing more business with them In The near future!
