Grover was recommended to me through two trusted channels, however based on my experience I would NOT recommend him to others. Even under retainer, Grover was not responsive to communication - he did not respond to emails nor return phone calls/messages. I had to repeatedly call and hope to catch him in the office and available to get an update. Definitely not the level of service you want or expect from someone who's supposed to be representing your interests and acting as your advocate.

I had an issue requiring urgent legal attention concerning a VA loan and Grover immediately dropped what he was doing to come to my aid. We met and went over the details of a Real Estate transaction gone awry where my own agent had threatened to sue me. His guidance and attention to the issue quickly resolved the anxiety I had about being taken to court and losing my hard earned money. In Summary, he not only resolved the issue in my favor, but my earnest money was also returned. Both Grover and Seth gave us expert advice on two different real estate properties we purchased. Grover reviewed the documents concerning one real estate transaction, allayed our concerns about the property so we could move forward with the real estate purchase. The second property was a challenge. Seth and Grover did a fantastic job of hearing out my problems when a residential purchase/sales agreement fell through. They fought for me and communicated with the builders on my behalf and helped me get a settlement that helped cover some of the losses from the original agreement falling through.
