Missed one appointment been trying to get another for 4 years now staff are rude and uncooperative they do not care for there customers worse than most money grabbing private dentists

Called up to book an appointment. Lady put me on hold. Afteer 3 minutes came bk asked for my details. Found them. Then said shes reading a note. Then said she will call me bk. an hour later called, rang bk then went to awnser machine. Called another 2 times no response. Still awaiting call back been 5 DAYS NOW! Very unprofessional , horrible service. If your not spending lots of money on private treatments you are treated poorly as if your not important.

Pauline has done a fantastic job on my teeth using the invisalign treatment and has guided me through the process every step of the way. After years of been messed around with less competent dentists Pauline sorted me out no problem and well worth the multiple 240 mile round trips. Thanks Pauline.

Wow!!! What an absolutely fantastic dental surgery!! I'm in the middle of Invisalign treatment with this surgery and I have to say my treatment is amazing. Right from the first moment I started on this journey everyone at the Practice have been incredible with me!! If I have any concerns or questions they can't do enough to help me they are brilliant. Dr Hold and the young ladies on reception are wonderful. I've been a patient at this dental surgery for many years and I have always been very happy with all my treatment. Thank you all so much!!!!
