DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! My family spent nearly 4 years w this landlord and we never missed a payment or had a late payment and we took good care of the house. During the pandemic, we could have played that game but we did not. Things in our house were broken *the glass front of our oven door fell off for example * and in spite of notifying them, for 8 months it was a massive safety hazard since the glass is what prevent you from being burnt, it was never repaired! Everything was falling apart and outdated in the 2 properties we stayed in and rent was outrageous for what we were getting. Then when it was time for us to move to another state, they kept our entire deposit for made up reasons! Supposedly, they paid our final electric bill but 5 months later we are still getting notice that it isn't paid! They are liars and they will screw your family over!

Beth helped us sell two properties in the Grand Jct area. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We trust her decisions, which is hard to find from most realtors. It was great to be able to work with someone who really understood our needs and took time to provide quality service. I would definitely recommend her to anyone within the Grand Valley when buying and selling their property.
