My daughter who is autistic loved coming here when she had her sessions. Ms. Bailey and Gina are wonderful people who have worked with her. The whole process from this company to get my daughter started with services were great and there were no issues during my experience.
My son is 5 and started speech therapy before school started. Ms. Brittany worked so well with him and although he has ADHD, he listened pretty well to her! When school started we had to change therapists (he still talks about Ms. Brittany months later). We worked with one who didn’t “click” with my son, which is ok because everyone’s teaching style is different and not all kids learn like my son does. Luckily we were able to get a on schedule with Ms. Hailey when she first started. Within 10 minutes of our first session with her, I just knew they would vibe well. I cannot believe the tremendous improvement my son has shown! My son adores her and is always so excited to come to speech! I truly couldn’t be happier with our experience here. I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone there.
We have been receiving speech therapy for a year and it definitely was weird the first appt., because there is no receptionist. You need to know the name of the person doing your therapy, so that you can check in at the touch screen on the wall to the left when you walk in. They are good at reminding you of your appointments and letting you know when issues with insurance comes up. The portal for cancelling or rescheduling appt isn’t super, but you can always call and just talk to someone. We recently had some insurance troubles with primary vs secondary, Kelly was quick to notify me of the problem. When I asked for advice she gave me step by step guidance over the phone and text to help me. I haven’t even mentioned our wonderful speech therapist Sami Liddle. She is our third speech therapist with Coastal, this area has a lot of people moving - so you might not get to the same therapist for an extended period of service. I’m so grateful for the quality of care we are receiving for helping us with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Definitely recommended.
So my son needs speech therapy and so we are using this provider and I gotta tell you. They don't just only specialize in speech therapy. They specialize is customer service too. I had the amazing pleasure of working with Kelly Braun is the manager of the billing department and she did everything she could to make sure that our services were covered. She participated in a conference call with me to discuss all the stuff that I don't know and she did a fantastic job. And because of this, my sons services are covered and he can be seen! Thank you so much Coastal Speech Therapy for having my back and for taking care of your customers. You are awesome!
Hailey was such a great teacher for my son! He started therapy saying little to no words and after working with Hailey for the last year, he speaks in sentences and is extremely vocal. He loved going to see Hailey twice a week and always had a blast! Definitely recommend coastal speech therapy and Hailey for any speech needs
