Nice place for business meetings. Slightly inside. Need to improve valet parking. In food if they can add non-veg items as well. Will definitely love to visit this place again.

Food was good, it's spacious neat and tidy. Gents toilets should be kept a bit more clean while using there banquet halls.

We booked the Club Emerald Club Lawn for my sister’s reception ceremony. First of all the reception which we had there was really fascinating and my sister said that she felt like it was the fairy-tale wedding reception. The Ambience, decoration was nice and the food quality was really appreciable. The whole staff was really supportive throughout the whole event. I would like to specially thank Ganesh for his support as he ensured that receiption is grand as it could be. He was really supportive throughout from booking the venue to selection of food menu and really helpful and supportive for each and every thing till the end of the receiption event. Also like to thank Atul as he made sure that the decoration and the special entry of the couple was grand and really fascination to watch. Really loved the whole ambience of the receiption. Thank you so much Club Emareld for making the event so memorable.

Club Emerald was chosen as a venue for my sister's wedding ceremony. The Club ambience and facilities is very nice. The staff is super co-operative and helpful! A special mention of Mr. Ganesh who has been instrumental in ensuring that the wedding is as grand as it could be! He went an extra mile to ensure that the guests are comfortable. He proactively stepped in to help whenever needed. Overall, he was one stop solution for us! Thank you so much!

This Hotel is not worthy of even 1 star. We had received a one day free trial membership coupon, hence i visited this place with my family, being a 4 star hotel they kept their Ac’s off and there was a table fan which was kept near the reception area, when asked they said that Ac’s aren’t working, the staff there is really horrible, no hospitality at all, they speak so impolitely, especially Mr.Imran, he’s very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to a customer he needs to be trained, it was very embarrassing to be here with family for a holiday, they didn’t allow us to leave for lunch and come back again they forced us to eat in their hotel even though we didn’t want to eat veg and they only serve veg food, the food was also horrible. They even didn’t let us use all the amenities which was there we had to call they again n again which was embarrassing to give us access, later when we entered inside the swimming pool, they told my mother, aunt and sister to get out of the pool in a very bad manner which was very embarrassing just bcoz they couldn’t follow the dress code of the pool, we immediately left after this, there was no point of staying even a min longer, our day was ruined bcoz of them, NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE! Every one is really rude and will not leave a chance to make you feel embarrassed. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel it’s 1 star or no star at all. Disgusting place!
