Clout Fit

I had an ACL surgery and I came to this gym after getting clearance from physiotherapist, physiotherapy helped me to get my basic movements back but still i was looking to get my strength back but I didn’t knew how. Cloutfit helped me in this process, they assigned me a trainer Nishant sharma who is a strength and conditioning trainer he had experience of working with rehab cases.Before, i was even struggling while walking and climbing stairs. His rehab plan fitted perfectly with my demand and now i am able to perform many exercises without any support. Due to an ACL surgery Nishant rehab plan was quite challenging but turned out effective for me which helped me a lot to get my stability and strength back. Thank you cloutfit

I joined.cloud fit from April 2023.I am blessed to have mr vivek as my personal trainer.He is very knowledgeable person explains every workout with scientific reasons.He is genius in his work.I was doing workout in some other gym from last one year.There I got injury in knee which gave me a lot of pain.I approached cloud fit in belathur.mrs jyotsna guided me to tk under Mr vivek.keeping my fingers crossed my knee pain is no more he trained me in such a way within one month I saw result.I was having shoulder soreness also he made me do all shoulder mobility exercise really speaking my shoulder pain also no more.I got great guidance under my trainer.I am blessed to have him to give me in my fitness journey.I would recommend others also to get trained under him ,it really worked for me.God bless him for his future,I got relief from my knee n shoulder pain.Hoping best in future to be under him to reach my desired goal.Thanks to Mr vivek my personal trainer,Mrs jyotsna and Mr vishwas to give me a great guidance.Best wishes to cloud fit and cult fit.
