3 different visits and 3 very different views I guess 3 stars overall and that's only because of the second visit All 3 of the visits were quite pricy but you can't put a price on your pet, they aren't replaceable. They seem to care about your concerns and needs but the second time we went there it was very much a urgent stop as the dog got ahold of a chicken bone and couldn't breathe or move normally. We waited and then they came and discussed a price but we didn't have the money and said we can go get it and was very concerned about the dog. The situation kinda turned into we need to pay XXX amount before they give us the dog back which I understand I wasn't wanting anything free but we had to go home to get the money and then they ultimately wanted one of us to stay at the hospital and I'm unsure of the reasoning behind that but I stayed there Girlfriend returned with money and we paid then the dog got to come out and go home. They reason I say"the dog" is because it wasn't our dog but the dog had been there before and was on file so we weren't dropping or dumping the dog I'm just not sure why they thought sketchy on the whole situation and we weren't going to pay or what the case is but I didn't feel right having to stay and just felt awkward for wanting to go outside and smoke a cigarette or whatnot o LP

Cleveland Road has consistently gone above and beyond for our pets. We have a medically complex dog, and they have not hesitated to make sure we got the referrals and medications he needed, even when those referrals were to other providers. They even organized his medication orders to a cheaper, online option! They also have an on-call, after-hours technician who helped us with some post-surgery questions late at night. THANK YOU Cleveland Road, for always making us and our pets comfortable with their care!

I had a cat emergency on a Saturday, thankfully they were open! The staff was great they presented a affordable option for the care I needed for my cat, it's never easy these days with fixed incomes, I was so glad my lil guy got the treatment he needed! Thanks to everyone!

Had to take my kitty there, who had been in a cat fight, they were able to see us next day. The care he received was very good & caring !!! The staff was very friendly & personable and made us feel welcome.

Dela could not have had a better first trip to the vet! I was so impressed by each of Cleveland Road Animal Hospital's team members. They were extremely helpful during the scheduling process and making sure they had all of the accurate information and I knew what to expect. They helped me track down all of Dela’s past medical records, too. Dr. Steph was amazing and took the time to explain things to me. Being a first time dog owner, this was extremely helpful! I’m thankful to have found such an incredible veterinarian office in Wooster. I would highly recommend!
