Bob is fantastic! Great customer service and my family and I are always pleased with the final product whether we are getting alterations or dry cleaning done. Really appreciate the honest feedback about what should or should not be dry cleaned and alterations. I would highly recommend coming here!
I don't know, man. I've tried a couple times because I live nearby and it's an independent business. No complaints about the dry cleaning. But for tailoring I've been much better off with Charles Tyrwhitt down on Connecticut; just more attentive in general with more helpful explanations of the modifications.
I wasn't thrilled with the customer service here. I came to get a copy of my apt key. My apartment is made in the 1920s. My keys look a bit long and not the common run of the mill key. I am making the assumption it's because of the age of the building but I'm not sure. The man up front continuously questioned me about my key saying it was a "do not copy" key or a security key. I think I know what key opens my own apartment. I open my apartment daily. I can provide video/image evidence if needed, however I find it pretty rude to constantly question what someone is stating. After going back and forth, he finally agreed to copy the key for a unusually high price. I don't appreciate someone questioning my integrity when I answer a question. I am writing this with the hope that this business is more cognizant of their behavior toward customers.
Cleveland Park Valet is amazing! I took one pair of pants, a skirt, and suit to be tailored and the alterations came out amazing! My clothes feel customized to me and fit perfectly! Not only that, the tailoring was precise and looked amazing when I picked them up. My items were completed way before the expected time and once they were ready for pick-up I received a text notification to pick up everything at my convenience. I'll definitely be going back to get a few more business items altered.
Bob and his wife are excellent! I have never experienced this kind of customer service from a dry cleaner. very detailed called me a few minutes later and told me about some items I had left in my suit which tells me a lot about how detailed they are and will even deliver your clothes for you if necessary when done. also prices are very reasonable and they do a lot of things including shoe repair keys and all sorts of stuff.
