I lost my card

Employee refused to let me rinse an article of clothing in the sink and then when I followed her demands and walked away from the sink, she went over to other customers and, while laughing and using her index finger to point at me in a rude manner, called me names. She then walked over to me and I walked away and said I would leave the store if she kept following me, but she insisted on coming closer and closer just to give me her manager’s name (Dobby). She refused to give me her manager’s contact information, and when I finally walked towards the door to make to leave, she further found 2 more customers to tell her story to, pointing her finger towards me and calling me names once again, loudly refusing to give me her manager’s contact information but insisting on repeating Dobby’s name. I felt very uncomfortable at her following me around the store as if I was some animal that needed tending to, and I made it clear that I wanted to be left alone while I dried my clothes, but she wouldn’t stop coming over just to give me her manager’s name without any way to contact her manager at all.

The person is extremely helpful and respectful. She assisted me with all my needs and provided feedback on how to use machines. She is amazing to all customers.

I love how clean the laundry mat is. It’s very well kept and the attendant is very friendly and welcoming. It is a pleasure to come in every time.

Laundromat is VERY CLEAN, excellent air conditioning and machines are working well. Customer service is excellent. Pearl us a gem.

I like the new Clean Rite. The machines are brand new which means they haven't had time to accumulate soap scum yet. You can now use a credit card to put money on your Clean Rite card which makes it so much more easier. The prices did increase a bit (a one load machine is $3.79 for normal wash and $4.19 for an extra dirty wash) but considering all of the other nearby places that I've been washing my clothes at, it's honestly well worth it. The dryers are so effective ($0.39 for 8 minutes). They also have a coffee bar! Well done to the new management. I hope it can stay as clean as it is 🤞

This places renovations did it wonders! So clean, machines work great, the staff goes above and beyond to help and are so nice. I’ve been waiting for this place to open because I moved over here last summer and it definitely was worth the wait and did not disappoint. Will be back!

The laundry isn’t 24hours anymore? It says on here it is…. Can you please update on the time. It isnt fair that people have to go all the way there & have to go back home. I just came back from there with 2 big full bags of clothes & had to come back home. The doors were locked 🔒😒

When are you going to reopen. I have a laundromat across the street from me but it's small and only 3 big machines and sometimes there aren't enough dryers and I have to wait. There's the clean rite on 4th Avenue but they don't have change for $20 and I have to put the whole amount on card. You have bill exchangers or you did. Hopefully you aren't getting rid of them. Again do you know how much longer it will be before reopening?
