the people at City Wide are TRULY one of a kind. They are all so accommodating and helpful, I have honestly never met any other business that is so passionate about commercial cleaning and really believe that a clean business is an empowered one. It has never felt like just another sale, they genuinely try to build quality relationships with their customers and i feel like that is so rare these days, seriously. So grateful to have worked with City Wide!
City wide has been very accommodating to our weird schedule, and our cleaner, Julio, does an AMAZING job! We are getting 3x the service for the same price as our previous cleaners!
We have used CityWide for almost two years to clean our commercial medical center. During that period, we have had our problems with their services. Our bathrooms were always in poor shape and it appeared that literally tried to clean the entire 6,000 square feet in 20 minutes each night. There is no quality control. If you are looking for a quality job you should go elsewhere. You will be disappointed. Most recently, we had to salt our walkway due to the winter weather. As expected, patients tracked in the salt into our lobby (concrete flooring). Rather that sweep up the dry salt and mop, their cleaning crew mopped the entire floor. This left a white salty residue all over the floor. Pictures were sent to management but nothing was done. It is my opinion when you pay for a service you should not have to manage it's product.....with this company you will..there are so many other choices the provide a better result.- Christian Monea- CEO- King LASIK/K2 Vision
Garrett Rio's has been the major reason why we have kept using City Wide. Every time we have an issue with the cleaners not getting things done, he is always receptive to our concerns, gets them fixed quickly, very professional, and comes up with ideas citywide offers that make running a business easier.
Cleaners couldn't seem to ever really get it right. Whenever we'd ask for something to be done properly, they'd start focusing on that and forget everything else. It was one step forward, two steps back. We tried to switch companies months ago, but was required by contract to give them a second chance. On May 24th we discovered one of our satellite offices was left unlocked by the cleaners over the weekend. Again, on July 6th, we discovered the cleaners left the satellite office unlocked over the weekend. We are a medical practice and that is a HUGE liability risk, not to mention all the retail items we have in office. We gave our immediate notice and they refused to refund us for the pro-rated amount we paid for the entire month of July. Completely unprofessional and shocking that their management didn't seem to care and lacked any sort of apology. -Overlake EyeCare
