I was involved in an accident in early September and through progressive had an appointment to drop off my car on September 27th. I called immediately in early September to ask if they were ordering parts now and how long the repairs may take, so I can be prepared with a rental car. They told me they would not order parts now and instead they would only order the parts after I drop off my car on the 27th and after they take my car apart to assess what parts they needed. I asked if I would be able to drive my car while they were waiting for parts and they said no. I told them it was a very simple repair and the parts needed are obvious through the pictures progressive sent them. They agreed but told me they will still not allow me to take my car off the lot while they wait for parts and rudely suggested that I "go find a shop that will do that instead." I did not want to do that as my appointment was already set up. I asked if the parts take a long time to get in can I please have my car to drive during the wait, they said yes sure. After I dropped my car off parts took an inordinate amount of time to get in, they kept saying it will be soon but never gave me my car to drive while waiting. I had a rental car for close to 3 weeks while they were waiting for parts all the while my car was still in drivable conditions. That cost close to $800 for me to have a rental car during that time. I didn't get my car back until October 16th. It was a simple repair on a drivable car. I shouldn't have had to spend that much on a rental while waiting. If you guys were afraid to order the parts early due to me not showing up for my appointment you could have charged my credit card with a hold. I'm upset that progressive sent me to this place and I will never be back.

I'm incredibly happy with how my Jeep Grand Cherokee was repaired after getting rear-ended in a car accident. I appreciated that I was asked how often I wanted to be updated on the status of my vehicle; and that they (Dan) actually keep to their word and followed through with updates according to my preference. I felt the friendliness of all the employees I came in contact with was genuine, especially Ashley at the front desk!!! She was kind, knowledgeable and super duper helpful with what to expect when my car was being worked on. (I could have stayed there all morning chatting with her!) And even better, when my Jeep was returned to me it looked beautiful!! The car was returned washed and cleaned, inside and out. The other parties insurance paid for everything, so I can't speak to their pricing. But I can speak to the quality of the work, and it was top notch. Hopefully I'm not in need of an auto body shop anytime soon, but if I was I would definitely choose City Center Collision, again.

You guys are awesome. Did a fantastic job on my jeep compass and it was like new👍🏽, also thanks for the heads up on my left alignment issues made an appointment, will definately recommend to friends and family! 💯💯💯 And the receptionist was a sweetheart and great customer service, (I'm still, bugi, bugi🤣)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After getting hit while parked, my insurance recommended I go here for the repairs and all I can say is wow!!! The two guys working the front were so helpful and thorough with the whole process. Most importantly their team at the shop did an amazing job at fixing my car and taking great care of it and it looks like they detailed it inside & out! My car looks BRAND NEW again and I'm so happy with the outcome. I will always recommend anyone here now!
