My car got broken into 3 or 4 days before my 32nd birthday, needless to say I was not having a good time. Johnny (f) and Jason (m) all took the time and care necessary to get me my vehicle back as quickly as possible. Johnny called me often to keep me updated on the process, and was so understanding when I'd call her non-stop to see what was going on. The whole crew is nice and super professional. And even though I hope I never need their services to this extent, again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them in the future. 2023 ended really rough for me, but 4 days into the new year, with my car back in my possession (and detailed!!!) Things are turning around. Thank you.

Not very Professional Delivery date pushed back multiple times when I did get. It was almost unsafe to drive. Took it back in once again. Delivery date was pushed back multiple times when I got it back the second time. Still wasn't right decided to take it to a different shop. To do the work they should have done the first time. Don't waste your time and money

Great experience with City Center!! These guys were fast, communicative, so friendly and accommodating!! Johnnie (front desk) was so on top of it and also so kind! She even gave me a great reco on a coffee maker!! Full service with these folks :) If we ever need body work/repair, we will definitely be back!!

These guys are fast, professional and skilled. My vehicle experienced some body damage when a delivery truck backed into it. I dropped it off on Thursday morning, and they had it ready for pickup Friday afternoon. The repair was so good, I cannot see where the damage took place. What is more, they men I spoke with were very helpful. I stayed to ask one how the repairs were done and he took the time to explain the entire process.
