All around super easy to work with! Caleb and Blue in the pre-owned inventory really helped me out and got me into a newer vehicle that I so desperately needed! They answered all my questions and was 100% up front and honest about everything! Thank you for making this big decision so easy!
When I normally think of the car buying experience I think of a difficult experience where I’m passed up the sales chain. Chris Nikel doesn’t buy into that mentality. I bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator today and Josh walked me through the entire process until I had to go to Matt in the finance department. Everything was transparent and simplified. Josh went above and beyond and really helped me understand the differences between models.
My husband and I went in to Chris Nikel with just curiosity and questions. Alfredo met us at the door and was very nice and understand from the beginning. He wasn’t too pushy, answered every one of our questions and led us to our perfect family car. He was patient, kind, and great at his job! Huge thanks to Sonny and Matt as well. Great team! Always an awesome experience. Never pushy salesman and will always take the time to get to know you and your needs and never push you into buying something outside your budget. Mr. Macarmak has sold me two vehicles now and he needs a big raise!
