Highly recommend Choices Flooring Nowra for all your hard and carpet flooring needs. We could not be happier with the service we received from Warwick who measured up, Sam, who followed up and organised the install and Evan who did our beautiful timber flooring installation. From the the beginning of choosing my flooring the crew at Choices went above and beyond to help me with my final choice. Nothing was ever a problem they were very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. My floating floors look amazing they were professionally laid and the work was completed to the highest level of detail. I would highly recommend Excellent Customer Service all the way through
My wife and I would like to thank the staff for another job well done. We have used Choices on a number of occasions and have they have always given a great service. We would like to commend them this time for a job well done a day after we moved into our new Villa under difficult circumstances, the men even helped us put all our furniture into place after the job was finished. Good old fashioned service you just can't beat it.
I don't normally do reviews but here goes nothing.... Staff at Choices Flooring Nowra were very helpful and completed the job in time. However, I had a hybrid flooring installed and I was not very happy with the finish. We assumed that the new flooring would be finished against the existing architraves as no one explained to me that new architraves matching the new floor would be installed against the existing which looks atrocious (see photos). Had I known that this is how it's done, I would have gone with carpet. Also the jointing of the new architraves had smaller pieces cut and jointed in the middle (poor workmanship). Infront of doorways there is a black tape like material installed which I would have rather that installed all around than the new architraves however not sure of the durability of that.... Also do your homework price wise. Choices were not the cheapest or 2nd cheapest but we were happy with the service at the showroom and the colour we wanted was not available at other shops and decided to go with them. Would give someone else a try if need be in the future.
Highly recommend this business. We have used Choices Flooring Nowra for a number of jobs over the years and every time they exceed our expectations. The sales staff are very knowledgeable about the products, the guy who does the measuring knows exactly how to measure without wasting materials and the installers do a great install. We couldn't be happier with all the processes from start to finish. Everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful. There has never been any issues over the years from the small jobs to the bigger jobs. Thanks to everyone in the team for making our recent install of flooring (carpet, vinyl planks & panel glide blind) a pleasant and stress-free experience.
