I took my wife yesterday for treatment and the hospital provided good care as well as treatment with a very reasonable rate. My family has been taking treatment from this hospital for many years and my family members have very good opinion about this well established hospital in Chinnayampalam .
Very nice experience. Doctors and staffs doing well.low cost lot of benefits . Experience staffs and super specialist doctors.
Once upon time they provide good service in sugar and specialist of pregnancy but before started covid they not provide same service till now.Personally affected to much late and unprofessional service and two much cost.don't prepare emergency admission to this hospital
Faced very poor experience. I have went to this hospital for my niece 3 year old. she was just fell down and got severe pain in her right elbow. The staff nurse who attended us was very careless to treat child. she made more painful to her while checking then doctor just visit and diagnose nothing and gave the prescription of paracetamol tonic for morning and night. On next day we went to another hospital due to unrelieved pain they asked to take x-ray and diagnosed hair line fractur in humerus bone and made band for 15 days. heavily disappointed with the vekateshwara hospital. how they could this much unprofessional and careless.
Staff are very unprofessional. There is not a proper system to handle patients promptly. Not even a basic token system. Patients quarrel with each other to meet the doctor. I was made to wait for three hours on both of my visits as an out patient. I decided to not go there any more. Lesson learnt. Doctor is not available at the mentioned time, a case of staff lying to retain patients with improper information. Too much noise in the waiting area, and the staff just don't mind this. The staff also make noise, shouting from one corner of the hall to the other with instructions, it's irritating for a patient. No common bathroom for out patients.
