The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. They were able to answer any and all questions I had. This dealership utilizes the latest technology to make the purchasing process the easiest and smoothest I have ever experienced.
Was met by a courteous rep and after explaining the OBD lamp had displayed a day prior, he suggested a scan to see if there was a stored code and kept me aware of his findings prior to a diagnostic run. Those results helped to guide my decision for repair and changed my waiting at dealership to returning home. Was shuttled to and from home and it was a much more convenient option. In working with the professional and knowledgeable rep, it saved time and quickly helped to identify the required repairs to resolve car issues. Thank you Evan!
My experience was excellent. They were ready and waiting for me prior to my appointment. Went over everything that was needed for my car and even came out and found me in the waiting room to go over cost. They were so professional and my work was done quickly! Great snacks too!
My appointment was early in the morning and I came a little bit earlier than my appointment time. I didn’t know if I should wait or just go in. I decided to go in and I saw my car instantly go in minutes after I gave them my key. Jennifer, the service associate, was extremely nice and helpful as it was first time dealing with something with my car. I would get text alerts about the status of my car and I saw how fast paced it was. Everyone there knows what they’re doing and would give you helpful tips to navigate your next steps
I’m old school and don’t look forward to dealing with car salesmen. This month I wanted to spoil myself and get me a hot rod Chevy. I got set up with Will Z for a salesman, lucky for me.
