Shamekia is very helpful and cheerful. When you walk into the office. It feels like home.
Living at Cherokee Hills Apartments for nearly 7 years has been my best decision. The community feels like family, and Shamekia's kindness and love make her someone I can always rely on.
Friendly staff great environment and supportive
Very beautiful and quiet.. Nice, cozy and peaceful inside and out in my experience
Have lived here for 8 years and we have loved it. The maintenance and management team have been helpful whenever we have needed them and are on top of any issues
I’m trying to get outta my lease by subletting my place towards people that is interested in taking over my lease because I’m not able to pay my rent bymyself along with bills due to medical issues the older lady in the leasing office lady told me she didn’t have no body to cover my lease I found somebody and she still told me no that I can’t do that the older lady In the office is not negotiable at all !!! I should have put in my notice 30 day notice a while ago when the rent went up drastically after me being there for only one year and not turning in my agreement’s
I live here. Office management is amazing the 2 Lady’s in their are absolutely amazing. maintenance is on their A game if i submit a request it’s fixed that day or the next. has a pool which is pretty nice as well as for each building with 8 apartments there is a washer and dryer in the basement. There is no assigned parking so you park where you want. other than that i’ve never had an issue within the almost 2 years i’ve been here.
Dont be fooled by the newly renovated leasing office. Good space for $$, but just bad living here. Neighbors are terrible. Burning in sense in lobby, spitting on cars, slamming doors, yelling in the halls, foods that smell up the whole building, most very unfriendly. Car alarms are constantly going off, at least once a day minimum. Building is falling apart and its obvious some of the damage comes from improper building care and maitenence. In a year, we've had three doors just pull right out of the wall, the tub liner started chipping, paint peeling off the walls. After we moved in, I was still finding hair of the previous tenant after they supposedly deep cleaned. Paint obviously just slapped on the walls and cabinets with little care. Some very large, very obvious patches in our walls. Our "door release" button for the buzzer has never worked. No place for kids to be outside other than the pool, so they hang out in the parking lot. Our building is also filled with kids, and there's not enough room out front for all of our kids to be playing, and with a majority of the units not having balconies, the limited outdoor space can get bothersome. Kids will also randomly ring buzzers for all units.
