I had an MRI on my back today, and will not use this facility again due to the rudeness of their front desk person. She failed to acknowledge my presence for a long time, then did the same thing when I tried to turn in my paperwork. The only reason I gave a rating of two stars was for friendliness of backroom female that brought me out of machine.

I will NEVER use this facility again. My 14 year old daughter went here for a MRI of her brain. They had her in the scanner for 35-40 minutes and did not give her ear plugs!!!!! She came home traumatized. She was crying and said she will NEVER get another MRI again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was nervous but they made the experience easier than I expected.
