Leuke kennismaking met een uitgebreid assortiment. Er wordt echt de tijd genomen voor professionele en duidelijke uitleg voor de aankoop van een Japans mes. Zeker een aanrader!

Hebben een heel leuke workshop achter de rug. We leerden diverse snijtechnieken in een aangename setting. Na de workshop hadden we ook de mogelijkheid om te proeven van ons zelfgesneden gerechten. Bedankt aan Brecht voor de leuke ervaring!

Wanted to buy a particular Japanese knife (Kikuichi), but ordering directly turned out to be complicated. But they named Chef&Knife as a ‚local‘ partner, and the service was really outstanding. Will come back next time!

Gelukkig het mes nog op voorraad dus snel besteld. Prijs goed. Korting ging niet gorled maar is keurig teruggestort. Levering duurt een week ivm Belgie-Nederland, is niet anders. Wachten op wat moois duurt altijd te lang🫣. Snelle reacties op email. Zeer tevreden.

De messenworkshop was helemaal top Brecht is heel gastvrij en de drankjes erbij waren ook wel gekomen! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Fast shipping, helpfull staff an easy to browse webshop. Very happy with the interaction and will be shopping for cooking utensils here again.

Very friendly welcome, expert explanations, good & fast service. Very nice collection of knives and prices perfectly aligned with the quality. there's one negative, it's only 2km from my place. May go too often :-)

Had a team-building day with the chefs I work with. Spent about 3 to 4 hours there with Brecht and his colleague. They were very nice very informative and patient with us. We got to learn a bit about the knives they sell and also about knives in general then we spent a good amount of time getting hands on training using there sharpening stones. They let us practice with our personal knives which was a plus. Would highly recommend taking a half day and learning from Brecht , he knows what he's talking about.
