I worked with Chartered General Contractors in the past for my New Hyde Park 2-story house renovation and they a beautiful job with it. This was my parents’ house so a lot of sentimental value in every room, but overall, I wanted to refresh the look of the kitchen, living area, bathrooms and bedroom. Space remained warm and home-like, but much more spacious, updated and illuminated. Their team understood exactly my vision and the process was smooth and efficient. Definitely would recommend them for future projects in the NY area.

Our East Village 3-story apartment was in need of a full-renovation for kitchen, living area, bedrooms and roof area and Chartered General Contractors did an outstanding job, very detail oriented and quick to pick up on our ideas and concerns. They did beautiful marble tile accents in the bathroom and kitchen for them to look brighter and more open. The 4-bed bedroom layout turned out perfectly since a lot of natural light comes in through the windows but couldn't figure out the best way for it to still feel spacious enough, but their design team gave insightful ideas and were very professional from the beginning. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely work with them again for future projects.
