3 of us stayed in the deluxe double with extra bed and it was fantastic! Newly renovated rooms and a gated location. Nicky was a great help, super nice and accomodating. Restaurants and beach a short walk away! Perfect spot

The location seemed a bit sketchy and we had a hard time finding the entrance and a place to park. The owner Constantine and his brother Nicky were extremely friendly and you can tell they are working hard to renovate the property however, it still leaves a lot to be desired. There is no parking on property. You either have to fight for street parking out front, park 1 street away on a hill in an area that looks abandoned, or they said there is another place about 4min away. None of this was ideal for lugging suit cases. Then you have to get a code to enter the property and then another code to enter your room. The property is completely gated and I did notice cameras. The room looks nice but is very small and we had to step over our suit cases to get around the room. The bathroom is also small, but the shower is big. The lip to the shower is low though so water gets into the rest of the bathroom unless you put a towel to stop it, and dont forget to get your towels out of the closet in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. The bed is a queen, but the top sheet seemed to be for a full so they did not fit, or with two people one person only gets half a sheet so we just used 2 sheets (there was an extra in the closet). There is also only a throw blanket so we used 2 of those also (2nd one also in the closet). There is also a lot of light that comes in through the door so I had to buy a sleep mask to block the light. The good things were the beach is very close and the ac worked great.

Absolutely great for solo traveler, close enough to the beach and all beach amenities, restaurants are like 5-10mins away at most, also lovely beach in less than 5min away and tram to other parts of Alicante, also if needed you can walk to the center in less than 30mins!
