Disappointing to get the BACON 3 cheesesteak for it to only have ONE strip of bacon?

Their food is tremendous not bad on the price and the staff is very helpful and courteous and a pleasure to see in this environment.

They have went all the way downhill not to mention you have to tell them to cook your food correctly and I had to tell them to use different utensils because I had a chicken and I was using it for the steak and the oil in the fries was old not to mention they didn’t even give me my pickle

Came in today with my daughter. Ordered a veggie sandwich. Came back with sauce only on one side and the veggies ungrilled. They weren’t even warm. I asked for a remake as $8 is a lot for something so lacking. I waited 20 minutes for a remake. When I was waiting two gentlemen and an older woman gossiped and laughed in Spanish. I then found a hair in my sandwich. So bummed because it’s my daughter favorite. The past year it has really downgraded. Staff included:

This is part of the food court area at Polaris Fashion Mall and has decent fast service. There are plenty of options on sandwiches and they’ll even make an entire sandwich without the bun...putting all the contents into a bowl. (For gluten free or low carb dieters)
