Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Charisma Medical Center and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!
The staff and nurses were wonderful and friendly , i had appointment with dr Rola for first time, she was unfriendly and in a hurry , she wants to go to the next appointment , and her hand was heavy when she injected me. In instagram she’s defiant person .they have free parking
I visited the clinic for the first time to do Hydra facial and Vitamins boost. The reception staff were nice but not welcoming. I waited for Dr. Rola for about 1hr and half and when she came literally it took her 2 minutes to tell me that one therapist would do the facial and give me the boost. It would have been better if they had booked me or assigned a therapist rather than wasting an hour and half for 2 min advice. Yes, I haven't done hydra facial for a while, but I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PAIN. The therapist kept telling me I have low-pain tolerance, even though I believe a therapist should be well trained to handle such cases. I had to stop the treatment and leave the clinic because I couldn't stand the pain. The treatment might work for other people, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me.
Went to Charisma Clinic following great dr Rola move. It was a mistake. - wait 2 weeks to get the appointment - wait over 45 mins to see the doctor - and being invisible to the receptionists and the staff. Very unprofessional staff which treats you like a burden not like a client. - receptionists don’t speak English Left frustrated, without availing the service. Won’t be returning
I went to the private clinic and did my first ever underarm and bikini hair removal 😅 . It was a SUPERB service and thanks to Mary joy's gentle hand because I did not feel any pain during the treatment. 😍
The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I recently tried he consultation for LHR and both the nurses( Mary and joy) are very knowledgeable and accommodating they would answer and explain all your questions and they will also do a patch test to try the machine. They have great summer offers and packages. 30-50% off when you take multiple classes.
