CHARANI EXCLUSIVE

I met the store owners a month back in one of the exhibition.I asked if I can come to store view items and order it .They asked to visit the store.Roday before visiting i verified with them if I can come today and they are available in store.They said yes.I visited the store all the way from Nizampet and to my surprise they are not available in store.Insteas they have one sales girl available and she has no idea or intrest on showing varities to the customer.She is like if u want take it these are available and not showing intrest on what customer wants and explaining how they can customize to satisfy the customer.For each question she has to call the owner nd ask.And her recieving is also very bad..This is the bad experience I had!

Recently Visited the store for jewellery.The collection is so good and liked all handmade jewellery.Quality is top notch

I have ordered two items on 18-02-2024 after confirmation that they are available on their WhatsApp. I also paid an amount of Rs.1980/- towards the cost of items. They are neither despatching the items ordered nor refunding the amount paid. I advice people dealing with CHARANI EXCLUSIVE to exercise caution before ordering any item from them. I feel it is better not to pay in advance. It is better to opt for CASH ON DELIVERY.
