The lady that does the fitting was so rude and looked at her phone all the time, she made a drastic mistake choosing a very dark color for the rooting and I left the wig there, of course I did not get my deposit back....

WORST WIG SALON YOU WILL EVER GO TO! They will give you 2 seconds of attention when you’re purchasing a wig since they’re making a ton of money on you but the second you swipe your card, it’s all over. It’s a factory with 10 workers and 75 people waiting to be helped, all with appointments. When I was engaged, I bought 3 wigs there and my mom got 1, totaling of $16,000 in wig sales, I live in Florida and flew in specially for this. My custom $7,000 yafi wig needed to be fixed and every time I went in they sent it to be fixed and it came back exactly the same, 2 years passed through all this back and forth and I still don’t wear it. I finally had a trip to Israel planned so I took one whole day to go into Yafi, since the wig is from them and they realized that chani cut the lace too short and that’s why all the fixing won’t work because it doesn’t fit me, the wig needs a lace extension, yafi said clearly that it’s Chani’s mistake and she needs to pay for it but of course with their lack of any customer service since everything was paid in full, they refuse and want me to spend more money to fix a $7,000 wig that I never wore yet. Would never step back in here, everything you need help with costs more money, nothing is included, they only say it’s included when you’re purchasing the wig then all the touch ups “are different than what’s included” please do yourself and your wallet a favor and go to a different salon that will actually service you and give you the time of day for the money you’re spending. Besides the fact that even when you do pay for repairs, they are so rude to you and constantly shove you around, making you wait hours in the salon for someone to say hello.
I have no words! My daughter is a kallah and wig shopping is always hard. Chani and ALL her wonderful staff made this such a great experience. They worked hard to get the color right, the fit, the cut and style. My daughter was SO thrilled. And the new salon feels like a spa! Whether you are getting a wig for the first time or the 100th, Chani Kramer wigs is THE place to go.
