The older lady at the Takanini branch is very rude to customers and staff. She speaks to her team horribly, I walked out and hope those girls do to. Disgraceful.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes over a week ago. 1 pair arrived within days. The second pair didn't turn up, I sent 2 emails questioning the 2nd pair with no response, I eventually called last Friday and they said they were out of stock. We came to a conclusion that I would be shipped another pair that was in stock and I would be invoiced the $10 difference. It is now Wednesday and still nothing. I just want my money back now. I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past. Never again.

I am very happy with my purchase, communication and the speedy delivery. So nice to buy 'New Zealand ' owned rather than from overseas.

Mucked me around for over a week still no refund sold me something they didn't have in stock told me there trying to find it for 3 days then nothing over the weekend told me monday they could not find item and would sort refund never refunded me. Still haven't order was put in 7 days ago... They had exactly same item for a higher price the next day but would not give me what I ordered worst customer service ever

Items shown in stock when reality is they aren’t in stock. False information on their website and instead of honouring the price they just changed the price without acknowledging that it was incorrect in the first place. Absolute waste of time and will not be supporting this business again.

Product which was intended to be a gift arrived with grubby marks all over it. Emailed Chances and had no response so tried messaging through social media also with no response. We certainly won’t be shopping here again. Appalling.
