The office was extremely clean and professional. Every person I dealt with greeted me and explained to me in detail which I appreciate. (Jane, Laura, Dr. Wong). Super friendly staff. I was super anxious and they all calmed me in their own way. They made my visit a really good experience.

Great customer service. They make you feel very welcome. A pleasant experience UNTIL getting a SIMPLE cleaning!!! I'm going to keep it short and simple; First time here..I went in for a cleaning. the paste that is use for cleaning was only dab once; the miniature tube the paste comes in was still full... the young lady that did the so called "CLEANING" only cleaned about 5 teeth in my entire mouth.. NOT inside and out. One inside another outside to make it seem she was cleaning my whole mouth. I was paying attention to the reflection of the plastic on the light they use over me. The machine had no more paste after the third tooth. She just went over another tooth by using the side of the spinning machine and not even a minute later she was done! Yeah, I could have said something. But I dont feel; I should tell someone how to do there job! Thats their reputation on the line.. Im sure I am not the only one that's experience this... the young lady felt so comfortable doing her "Job" without any effort.... Why go into a business with out a TRUE PURPOSE and not assist the clients fully.. I definitely wont be scheduling any future appointments. I'm glad I am a client that keeps up with her maintenance and cleaning my teeth are still good:). Mind you; I dont ever put a review, i felt i needed to give people a heads up! I just move around this area. Looking for a good realiable dentist office!
Dr. S and her staff were professional, kind, and thorough. They ensured my comfort from the moment I walked in and during my cleaning and treatments. They explained their findings and my treatment options with detail and transparency. They did not overcharge above my copay like my prior dentists. The entire staff seems happy and have a passion for their work. This is the first time I actually look forward to seeing the dentist. I recommend you see Dr. S, just please don’t come running all at once or I won’t be able to get an appointment with her!
I was looking to change dentists and I had originally called to ask for the price of a cleaning and they mentioned that I should do their initial $59 consult which included the cleaning and x-rays. Once I walked in and got through the initial scans and paperwork, their sales pitch began and they began to list all the preventative measures and treatments I should be taking now and after all that, I asked if they’ll do the cleaning they advertised, the doctor mentioned that they would do it during the next visit which is not a part of the initial $59 consult and that he would be sending in the assistant to explain the prices of everything. I waited for 20 minutes for the assistant and decided to leave because I was getting late. Not a good experience, would not recommend. Post this visit, I went to another dentist that was recommended to me and they did not list any of the things these people did to get done.
Doctor Michael G Wng is a very sincere and trustworthy person. I had my wisdom teeth, filling, root canal, and crown done over at his office. During my recent dental check-up for army, I was told I have infection in my root and its spreading. It worried a lot as I had gotten the services from Doctor Wng just 3 months ago. I did not want to spend any more for dental. I left voicemail to office and send him recent x-rays from army, he called me back, even did new x-ray and assured me there is no infection. He explained and showed me what the x-ray looks like if I had infection. I felt taken care of, thankyou doctor Wng.
