Kaylee and the staff at the go carts did a great job with the group we had there. Whole staff there was great with our large group!

This experience was ridiculous. Here's a list of things that they were out of, keeping in mind all my son and I did was okay putt putt and eat. So who knows if there were more. 1. Machine to get the balls was broken 2. They were out of score cards and pencils The greens were a mess When I ordered food, 1. They were out of medium pizzas?? 2. They were out of funnel cakes 3. They had no to go boxes for our left over pizza because we didn't have a choice but to get a large for two people. Not exactly a good use of $50.

Fun for the whole family, but very pricey. The place is not kept clean inside. We couldn't even find a clean table to sit at. The food and drinks take too long to get. The staff at the go-karts are rude. The most fun is at the laser tag. Only a few actually explain what you are supposed to do though. Overall it was a good, fun birthday. 🎂

We had a great time at celebration station, I don't believe the staff had been trained to pretend, I really believe they are all naturally nice. The place is just awesome and the staff is just as awesome. We'll be back this summer, thanks to all the staff for making our weekend a really fun one.

Thank you for responding. I would have given more stars but I was very disappointed at the fact the cooks/cashiers got our pizza order wrong THREE times. We waited almost 1 1/2 for 2 pepperoni pizza and wings. They brought out a pizza then came right back and took it away stating it wasn't our pizza it was for a party going on and takes it to that table after seeing my son touch a slice of the pizza. Then they proceed to bring our pizza but its just a cheese pizza. Another cashier brings a 2 more pizzas about 10 min later and those are cheese only pizzas as well. There was no apologies or anything. I could go on but I think this is enough for now.

Stopped by on Thur after school for a bday go kart treat. Spent 81 bucks for family to have a few rounds on the go kart track. Place was practically deserted. Waited 15 min for go kart attendant. Went inside when no one came. Spoke to a worker who said sorry - manager has to do it. Apparently, she is the only person trained to check seat belts and give go cart rules. Waited another 10 min after he told her our group and another few people were waiting. No one ever came out. Went inside and requested refund of our $81. She said she would do that after she finished ‘some orders’ in the back. It’s not like there is a line at concession or tons of people. There are a total of 7 cars in the parking lot.There literally is an employee who is showing people how to put their money on the cards to use there when there is no one to work at the go carts/ bumper boats/ mini golf or laser tag. There is no point in being open and taking peoples money. I’m doing this as a courtesy for anyone who sees them as being ‘open’ from 12-9. Would give 0 stars if possible because now I have an upset 8 year old and I’ve wasted a total of an hour now just trying to get the refund. There is no communication. No signage. No apology. Would not recommend.
