I have been here a few time recently for work courses and have been impressed with the facilities. It's warm, comfy and clean.

Castle Cavendish Works' virtual call answering service is shockingly bad. Many important messages were not being passed on by some of the call answering team members. One of our clients called with an urgent business request and left a message with the reception team. This message and several others were never passed on to us, making us look quite incompetent. Several of our callers complained about the awful manner they were spoken to by some members of the call answering team who seemed lost & unbothered. Callers were often asked to repeat their names several times. It was common to hear "What was your name again..." (x4 times or more in the same phone call). On many occasions, calls were not being answered in our company name as agreed in the contract. I raised these concerns right from the beginning of the service, but we continued to experience shocking & sub-standard call answering service. I wouldn't use Castle Cavendish Works' virtual call answering service again, even if offered FREE of charge. I wish I could give Zero stars . Complete mediocre!.

I went here for a First Aid course. It was easy to find and access, parking was right outside and it was nicely Covid safe. The room was pleasant, toilets easy to find and very well kept, but the icing on the cake for me was free tea and coffee from a great machine. The receptionist was also lovely, and I enjoyed my course very much.

Love the place! Well clean and organised , friendly receptionists , they accommodate the best they can people's needs. Thank you!
