Seems the employees are more busy on their phones than helping customers. Granted we looked around and didn’t buy anything, but my friend said “thank you” even though we were spoken to once and didn’t get any further assistance. The guy looked at her and looked away. This is why you should go to Purple. More options, better service, and better people. Never again.
We had a great experience at the Tysons store and we did not know what specifically we wanted from Casper. Jonathan was a wonderful, well informed sales person - answered all of our many questions, guided us between different mattress choices without a strong sell. From entering the store to receiving our Dream Max, we are very pleased - largely due to Jonathan's efforts!
I nearly bought the Casper One on the website but decided to visit the store first. While I did not decide to buy the mattress, I fell compelled to give them 5 stars. Mae was so helpful and informative (friendly too !). She is a great listener and patiently let me test most of the beds in the store. Although none of the beds took enough pressure off my painful hips, the Casper products were all great (alas not for my condition ) I’m thankful for the excellent experience with Casper and particularly with Mae!
