The head lady of the office is not friendly. You ask to get something fixed and turns everything around like we did something wrong. And her communication is terrible. She’s always talks down to you like you’re trash. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under her. Three of our neighbors (good neighbors too) left because of her. The turn over is huge. Management should definitely check her on not communicating with the tenants when things go down. They should send a survey to all the tenants so the company can address the problem. Apartments lose a lot of money from a high turnover rate. She could definitely start with better communication. Her mentality is no news is good news. Wrong this is not a doctors office. This is supposed to be where we live. No news should get her fired. and using please and thank you Would be nice to.

If you happen to move in to a unit without a washer or dryer consider yourself a frequent laundromat flyer . The washers and dryers are almost always not available or working and residents are required to sort the problem out with CSC services . Save your money for the laundromat.

Horrible place to live, very rude unprofessional stuff members, worst decisions we made renting this place, when we move out the apartment was clean, give them 15 days early the key ,they took our deposit and charge us $2000 for no reason, when we ask them why lied about everything, stay away Carrington court apartment not worth for your money. When you moving out take pictures, videos every where because they will lie about everything and charge you money .The lady named Jennifer is rude/lier, unprofessional and Racist.

I lived in 2 bedroom with 2 bath split for 3 years. I now realize thats the worst mistake i could have made. Since i lived there management switched at least 3 times and people that worked in the office never stayed the same. The management doesnt have any respect for anyone here. Kids are allowed to run and play around in parking lot who cares if your car gets damage its considered your own fault. Pool was open less then 50% of the time in the 3 years and water was shut off 1-2 a week. Once management moved in they didnt even follow rules. And dont ever plan on getting your depost back they take it all and want more. Dont ever live here its not worth the money you pay.

This apartment is really crappy. I've only lived here for 4 months and I regret ever moving in. Management is extremely rude and could care less what's going on with you. They do a terrible job at sending out notices and updates by just sticking them in your door. Not to mention the way they handle plowing during the winter is ridiculous. The snow plow went through and buried my car so I ended up not being able to go anywhere without digging it out myself since they were unwilling to even lend a hand. Not to mention they don't normally even plow until several days later. If you're lucky enough to get a garage it might be more doable, but they are very limited and it costs extra each month. Maintenance is rude, they don't ever fix things when they break. All the appliances in our apartment break down easily since they are old. Also maintenance doesn't give you a heads up when they are showing up either. They knock a few times and just barge in. I'm really fed up with the up keep. Honestly a lot things are not up to code. Our heater doesn't work properly and they won't do anything about it. The windows and door to the porch freeze over causing the frames to rot. The carpet is so disgusting from horrible upkeep and the walls desperately need to be repainted. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms because the floor is wearing away and trim has broke off in one of the bathrooms. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else to live, because I will not renew my lease. I look forward to fighting my way put of this horrible place.
