Kellie at Carpet Diem was incredible to work with. She made several design recommendations that we ended up going with in our home build and they are some of our favorite rooms in the house! She was prompt, professional and enjoyable to work with. Thank you Kellie for making our house dreams come true!

updated: after more than a month after this review someone actually called to discuss our experience. while i was hopeful they would report they had reimbursed my contractor the entire amount he paid to correct their error, that is not the case. blame was placed on my contractor siting that he was too fast and they couldn’t find sub contractors to do the install properly. i understand that finding good workers isn’t always easy but owning up to the error and making the situation right would have been easy and the right thing to do. again a missed opportunity to do the right thing. boo carpet diem. Recently we remodeled our upstairs kitchen, hallway and bathroom complete with new LVP flooring. The project was fantastic, and we did experience a couple unexpected things due to the age of our home. What we didn’t expect was that during the install of our flooring door frame and casings of our doors would be negatively impacted. During the install, one of the installers from Carpet Diem (subcontracted by our contractor, Bryant Construction) cut the door frames legs and casings of several doors too high so there was a significant gap between the casings and the flooring. This was done on multiple doors, and we sent photos to our contractor about it. Bryant Construction was quick to act and went to Carpet Diem showing them before and after photos of the error by the installers. At first Carpet Diem denied responsibility because their installer said they didn’t cut them, even though we had photos showing otherwise, as if we were lying to them. After our contractor sat down and went through it with them, they agreed that the mistake was made by the installers but didn’t want to replace the door frames/casings/trim to make it look right, they just do a cheap patch. Thankfully our contractor, Bryant Construction, works with integrity and a high degree of quality, and he took care of the situation and did the right thing. Bryant Construction replaced everything at their expense to make things right for us, the customer, when it should have been on Carpet Diem due to their installers mistake. We love the flooring but would definitely not use Carpet Diem in any future purchases or installs as their lack of accepting full responsibility and fixing things the right way, shows a significant lack of professionalism and integrity. I’d hate for someone to have a similar situation to us and not have a good contractor like we did who steps up and does what is right. Without Bryant, we would have had to cover the cost ourselves or deal with very crappy doors/floors.
Very poor carpet installation, lousy job, no power stretch being used, formed bubbles right after 6 months of the installation. I’d have given less than a star of ii’d have an option for their customer service :(
Holly and Katie and all of their designers are incredible! Their attention to detail is amazing and the entire experience in the design center is awesome.
Perfect for picking out what to put in a new house. A few more options would be nice but they have a wide price range. They have snacks while you design your house. The bathroom is really clean with nice smelling soap and lotion. All the professional people that use this location are very knowledgeable and have helpful opinions with color combos etc. Recommended.
