I first contacted the manufacturer whom I registered the product with and they suggested I contact the seller/retailer. Great little shop! Took in my Oreck 10 year old vacuum in to get repaired. Brush bar in the base would no longer turn. Was hoping to get it back in a couple of weeks, but no way. Tech guy in the back replaced it in 10 minutes! Came back home to finish the job and it's like brand new! Great team at this Concord Mills location.

Mary was extremely helpful. She recommended us an excellent vacuum, and was very honest and knowledgeable. Everything in the store is top notch and will outlast the cheap stuff!

We came here for a vacuum repair and walked out with a new vacuum! Devin was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He showed us a few vacuums and provided us with the pros and cons of each. Not only that he actually showed us the issue with our vacuum for no charge! We can’t say enough good things about Devin and this companies level of customer service! Outstanding!
