Walked into this Dealership on Saturday November 18 2023 interested in looking at a particular vehicle model. Was greeted on the showroom floor by Muid who offered to get someone to help me as he was waiting on his appointment that was running late. He gave me some basic information initially about the differences between the various models of my vehicle of interest and continue to offer to get someone else to help. Based on his people friendly way I told him I would wait until he is available after his appointment. Having looked at the other models test drove one I ended up purchasing a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Hybrid with fantastic options. Muid is a friendly personable individual knowledgeable about the products and listens to your concerns. You get the information required to make an informed decision. Anyone planning to visit the Dealership I believe you would like the people there a fantastic team. Muid thanks for the heads up and help.
I recently bought a Brand New 2023 RAM 1500 Classic TRADESMAN CREW CAB 4X4 . We were a walked in client. Muid Zaman was the Product Advisor who welcomed and took care of our inquiries. Initially, we were only looking for a used truck to trade in to our existing Honda Civic Hatchback Sports. I even drove 2 used trucks for test drive. The following day, we came back to continue with our inquiries and settle things with Muid however, he had a better offer and suggestion for us, and that was to buy a brand new truck instead. He made us realized the value of having a new truck with low interest rate and better savings vs. a used truck with high mileage with huge interest. Muid was able to convinced us. He was very patient with all our questions. He was kind enough and gave us time and space as we have been having back and forth decisions. He did not push us so hard and allowed us to think and review our options first. I highly recommend Muid! He's awesome and professional! I would also like to commend the other guy (I forgot his name) who kept offering us water. He took this photos too. He's very nice! Just purchased my new jeep and I’m absolutely in love with it! Huge shoutout to Roland for helping me with the purchase and giving me the run down of the wrangler. Dropped in here to look at a used vehicle I had seen online. Had a great experience from front door to sales associate.
