I called first to see if I needed an appointment, they told me at that moment no one was in the waiting room. The location is very close to my house. Thatβs a big plus. The best experience at a doctors office/urgent care ever So, very welcome and very understood by all who helped me especially the provider, Wellington, NP Robin. One of the best experience Iβve had so far, listened to all of our concerns, and answered them to the best of the ability she could 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be going back if needed
Fast efficient attention, Dr. Antonio Deleon was spot on concerning the appropriate medication for my pain. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating!
Never had a bad experience at this quick care! Short wait times and all the staff are friendly and compassionate.
Dr Singh, Harshjit was very thorough and nice. He gave me options and is very knowledgeable. Chelsea and Jodi were also nice and helpful.
It is unfortunate I didnβt have a primary care provider for myself yet. The first class professional care provided by the medical professional was great. Thank you for your support
It is rare that I encounter a new business, new to me, where each of the people I interact with are intelligent, thoughtful, actually caring individuals. Not the fake kind of pandering to get good reviews people, but apparently good, well centered people! My wife and I just went there today for the first time, so you can't judge everything about a company from one experience. But first impressions do matter and my impression is that they are a really good medical facility. ππ
Brought my grandma in because she wasnβt feeling well. The check in process and staff were amazing. Everyone was very kind and patient and got things done in a timely manner. The doctor took her time and really listened to our concerns. Definitely one of the better urgent cares.
Every single person who attended me were all wonderful, they were so kind and welcoming. I went to get my stitches removed and the person who attended me was amazingggg. I donβt know what her exact title was but she was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She not only took her time but she was so kind in asking me how I was doing while she was removing them. She took her time observing my wound full of stitches, before she did anything. She explained to me what she was seeing and what she thought about it. From the moment I entered I thought the place looked great, very clean and big open space. I loved the two tvs with one for adults and one showing a childrenβs movie. My experience with the young lady at front desk was great, to the person who called me in and roomed me, to the person who removed my stitches, and to the Radiology tech. They were all so kind, had a sense of humor, and made me feel really comfortable. 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
Robin is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She took the time to sit down and talk to figure out what is going on in my life and why I have these symptoms. I Can tell she really cares about her patients. She is my doctor for life. The facility is clean and beautiful as well.
Part 1 π I gave 1 star Part 2 π where I added a star Part 1: I'm sorry to have to post this, but this was my experience: I was told it would a 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait, however it was 4 hours exactly when I was brought back. And within minutes I was told that they were not confident/competent to perform this procedure, and that I would need to go to the ER. (I assumed this would be a simple lancing, slight draining to relieve the extreme pressure/pain, give me an antibiotic prescription, and be out in 15 minutes). They made sure to get a $75 "co-pay" (even though my plan is $25) before checking me, and then telling me they couldn't help me. At this point I wasn't going to head to the ER for another wait at 4pm Sunday evening. So I went home, watched a YouTube video, lanced it myself, hydrogen peroxide, wrapped it up with Neosporin, cleaned and wrapped fresh each day, ibuprofen and ice packs, and now it's doing fine a week later. Pics 1&2 Before. Pics 3&4 After I guess I'm grateful there will be no post op bill. But it would be nice to get my 4 hours and $75 bucks back, ya know? π€·ββοΈ Part 2: 3 weeks later... I will hold to the fact that my experience wasn't great, but today I was pleased to receive a unexpected surprise in the mail. They must have listened to my voice mail, and so sent me a check returning my $75 CO-PAY. I very much appreciate that, and hope that many other patients will have a positive experience as others have shared in their reviews.
