I GOT SCAMMED I gave laptop for fan cleaning and it costed me 500rs...Then due to some issues while turning back on the laptop the system crashed as the battery went empty and my laptop was going through an update.. To fix the crash they sent my laptop to hp center in chennai it was there for more than 1 month... everything seemed fine and i got my product back and didn't check my spec as i was in a hurry . After 2 month i noticed my system and saw that my whole mother board was swapped with a older gen processor.... . I tried contacting with them and they said it was too late and the hp service center had deleted their cctv footage.. . I'm deeply devastated and regretting my decision for giving my laptop to this service centre. . My laptop original spec was Hp pavilion Ryzen 5 5600h 1650 swapped with Ryzen 5 4600h 1650
