I haven't used them yet but I did call and talked to a very nice and knowledgeable employee. Tracie was very helpful and willing to work on a couple estimates for me over the phone. And answer alot of questions for me. Other shoos wanted me to come down before the quoted anything. She said wai until she emails her ideas then come down. That to me is great customer service. Justwant to say thank you. I will be going there as soon as she gets back with me

Needed to have a subwoofer box switched out. Tracie got me in same day and was able to do the swap. Chris was also helpful he answered all my questions and tuned my system to match the new sub. I've always come here for my audio needs and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend !

Super impressed by the quality of the install. Looks perfect, and I used to work on cars and I know the difference. They installed head unit, new dash piece, new trim piece, and backup camera and had it done really quickly. Not to mention, everyone was really pleasant to work with and well worth the amount I paid. Highly recommend.

The best in the area, hands down. I have used & recommended them for years. Just took my new boat in for a stereo upgrade. Upgraded the factory amp to a better JL Audio amp, added some more JL component speakers, a pair of 10” JL m6 subs and a dedicated JL amp for the subs. I didn’t want the amp’s out in the walk down portion of the console but I didn’t see any other way. Chris & the guys took the extra time to make a rack to mount the amps in the electronics compartment where they normally wouldn’t fit. The end results were a screaming loud, Crystal clear stereo set up with awesome mid range & low end punch that most center consoles lack. 10/10!!
