The staff in Hyderabad provident rude to the residents & behave unprofessionally & bad at service rendering, need to back of them reminding the issues & don't know basic customer service etiquette. Staff totally unprofessional till manager level.
Brilliant firm to work for, they have great work culture. Something I personally appreciate about CACS is the HR team, they genuinely care for their employees and they push themselves to provide best services to their clients. I highly recommend anyone to be associated with this firm either as an employee or as a client, they care!
The Manager is very approachable and efficient. The staff respond quickly to complaints, both on the app and the phone. There is good follow up by managment, and the work is quick and effective. The introduction of the app and the new executive have helped a lot, since there is more transparency and follow up. The place is clean, well maintained, and the evening spraying helps with the mosquitoes. But the special arrangements they make routinely, to continue services during the lockdowns, have been the most impressive. Well done!
CACS is a great company to work for. I am pleased that they have high standards for their employees to go by. I want to also thank all of their staff and management for their hard work. When leadership sets the tone of the organization in such a positive manner the entire operation runs smoother. Working here from almost a year now. I pray for their good future ahead.
