The hygienist showed much concern for me while she performed the deep cleaning.

The woman I believe her name was Perla was very kind and understandable while she did my teeth and the other orthodontist idk his name but he started to kinda yell at the woman doing my teeth which made me uncomfortable

Dr B and oral tec T are excellent. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable

How friendly and tentative the staff is. I haven’t had to wait long periods of time when I have an appointment. There is coffee and water in waiting room. Everyone seem to like their job.

I was very impressed with how thorough Dr Ji was explaining everything to me as he was going through my x-rays. Very kind and helpful office staff as well.

Quick and friendly

At one point, the service here was excellent. Keep in mind, this review does not encompass the orthodontist experience which was really great and I would recommend Son Pham to anyone looking to get braces. However, if you are looking to get your bi annual maintenance and cleaning then I wish you good luck. The office's system is terrible! They will book you for an appointment, make you wait more than an hour in the lobby and still not communicate to what's going on. Luckily I sometimes work from home so I only wasted a lunch but I can imagine if someone is taking time off to visit this office. This happened to me three times in a span of 2 weeks. I finally switched over to another nearby dentist after all the hassel.

Everyone is professional and kind. My Dentist is wonderful. I'm very happy with them as I have always been afraid to go to the Dentist. Thank you. Laura Ressinger.

I had been a long time patient of this dental office until a terrible experience at my last appt. I was told during my check up that I needed deep cleaning of my gums due to early gum disease. I had never had a bad gum exam until then. The dentist told me I could not get my teeth cleaned or polished until I had the gum treatment done. I told him that I would have to wait a few months in order to save the $900 (!) it would cost out of pocket. I had a bad feeling about this and went to a different dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist informed me that I didn't have early gum disease and did not need a deep cleaning. I want to warn everyone about this and will not be returning to this dentist!

This dentist is absolutely the worse the receptionist are awful they overbook appointments blame you and not see you and waste your time. Even though they made a mistake. They up charge you make you come in for three appointments before even touching your mouth for the money and to rob your insurance yeah new patients might get treated fine but I’ve been a patient here for over six years. I am so done with Candlewood dental nobody should ever go there

This dental office charge extra cost to Seniors citizens such as lab fees. Integrity is not their rule of thumb when honoring contracts. I have to file a grievance on this company 2 years ago for over charges to one on my clients. They had the client take out a loan to pay for dental work that was no charge through their insurance.
