5 star for Michelle at customer service for consistency providing excellent, GENUINE, service. She deserves acknowledgement, a promotion, raise, something. This location doesn’t always have what I need but coming here and being serviced by her, when making a Triangle Mastercard payment, is worth the trip!
I came in to have a balloon inflated for my sons birthday. Not only did you guys refuse to inflate an outside balloon but your employee was very dismissive and rude. When requested a manager she refused to call one over only when I approached another employee to ask for a manager she called over the radio. Manager stated that it's Canadian tire policy not to inflate balloons purchased elsewhere but I cannot locate this information under your policies. Suggested to manager to have employees trained on customer interaction so that your customers don't feel offended or disrespected like myself. I went to another location and they were happy to help. I will not return to this location ever again because of the way I was treated by your staff.
Horrible customer service. Manager have zero skills to work on that position - careless and rude. She didn't even try to help me. I was need flat cart to carry 250 pounds item - but zero help from her. She said "we don't have" and just left for couple minutes. I saw they have flat cart on the back, with some stuff on it. I asked for that cart. She said she will not take it down because it's heavy. So I offered to take it down myself - she just said NO. Very bad attitude. She didn't even try find any other solution. I had to resolve this problem my self. Ladies from loading dock was much more friendly and helpful. This "store manager" is "big mistake". I will never buy in this store anymore.
Your auto parts department always and forever take almost 1 hour to serve one customer. I have been thrice inside for auto parts and every time took an hour. Cant be coincidence thrice. Most off staff there is good but it’s just about efficiency. Why don’t you ask someone to watch them and try to improve their productivity. I’m not expecting 5 minutes of lead time but dont you think 1 hour is way more that supposed to be.
I am writing this review because of the security guard, VAIBHAV C (Blackbird security) Right at the door he greeted me and my partner. The warmth was so unique and different. His humility was astonishing. I would be back just because of his attitude. I
