Very honest. Took my car in to have the brakes looked at. They evaluated them for free and called to tell me they still have life left and I did not need a brake job. I appreciate the honesty because I would’ve never known otherwise.

Lacy was my Service Advisor. She is the ONLY reason I'm giving a 5 Star rating. She is very kind, professional, and informative. As for the "Service Tech" that worked on my car...all I can say is they broke an older coolant hose while replacing the others, so the repair took two extra days to get the part and finish the repair... BUT... Everything seems to working as expected on the first day, so I call it a success. Lacy made the experience a good one. Thank you, Lacy Wiggins.
Great services offered here. There is alway a smile present here. The work is impeccable. Comfortable seating area with drink and snacks, WiFi. They also offer shuttle services in case you need to drop off your vehicle.
I love the service I receive at Caliber. I've used the collision center and the auto care center. Always professional and they go over and above to make you feel comfortable.
